Laguna Concerns is provided as a community service to highlight current issues facing Laguna Beach. Our community has a history of grassroots civic involvement that has produced astounding results. The Laguna Coalition is a group of individuals that are representatives of Laguna Beach community and neighborhood organizations. It was formed to provide opportunities for the various groups to communicate and develop positive programs to bring about successful resolution of local issues.
